Prayer for the Success of the Convention

Heavenly Father,  

Thank you for calling us to holiness through service to the People of God. 

We also thank you for the blessings that we receive from you through Your Divine Spirit, and ask you again to guide us as we plan our Catholic Women’s League 2024 convention.

May the experience of team work, and the friendships formed, strengthen our bonds within the League and deepen our commitment to our mission to serve others.

When we are challenged, guide us, when we are weary, energize us.    Help us to know when to stop and take time to listen for Your direction. Forgive us when we rely on our own efforts to get results rather than trusting in You.

Give our volunteers courage, patience and foresight so that we may welcome our sisters in the League from across Canada with joy.

Be with us always so that we may act under the influence of your holy inspiration and give glory to You.

We ask this in the name of your Son, Jesus Christ.
